Thank you for your review and for highlighting our training programmes and our brand power and position in the ANZ recruitment market place, which we are extremely proud of. We are concerned by some of the comments you have raised, as people are the heart of our business and it doesn’t mirror what we strive for at Hays which is a meritocratic and inclusive culture. We value all feedback and would like to understand more about your personal experience, in order to continue to make Hays a great place to work. If you could get in touch with Tami Hibbert, HR Manager at tami.hibbert@hays.com.au or 02 8226 9743, or if you choose not to get in touch, we wish you the best with your future career.

Pros

The training you get is second to none.

Cons

If you leave to pursue another opportunity, they shut the door on you. Management gives you a cold shoulder and they make you want to leave sooner than later after you put in your month's notice.
