a wealthy company that takes care of the employee's mental health

Cons

during training, they mentioned doing admin work outside of office hours so you have to stay on the phone the entire 8 hours a day. they hosted a Christmas party and many ppl caught covid

Pros

- Company culture is not bad - Zero Workload - Office in Kowloon Station

Cons

- Staff are all non-productive and they only small talk and gossip around (90% of time spent on that) - Staff always made serious mistakes in their tasks, they even cannot send a proper email (Including top management) - Poor career path due to zero workload and boring tasks - Staff Recruiting and Sourcing would be the worst industry in the market as no specialism or knowledge are needed even people with serious disability can manage to find a job inside - Company only treat front-line staff as asset while back-office staff as trash - The technology inside the company is also the worst, they are still using different type of old tech in the 21 century (e.g. including so many manual works)

The work is easy but unfulfilling. There’s a lot of freedom to work on whatever you want, as the management doesn’t really care.

Cons

3 layers of toxic management that treat you like dirt, and a salary that’s less than half of the current market rate.
