Pros

Looks good on CV and good training. Global presence so there is the opportunity for international transfer

Cons

Management are good recruiters but terrible team leaders. In my office alone 12 people have left in the last 12 months due to poor management. The commission structure is awful and so is the work-life balance.

Pros

Strong brand recognition, internationally recognized name. They have a good training program for new recruiters. You can be very successful and make a lot of money.

Cons

- Micromanagement to the extreme - Prepare yourself for a high stress environment - Almost unachievable goals unless you are willing to work a 60+ hour week and only get a nominal salary for 40 hours - If you want to be in the top percentage and make a lot of money, give up your personal/family life and devote all your time to your job.
