Pros

Not working there and now making my usually 10+ placements per month at a better company. Not using their slow methods of asking candidates stupid questions they have already been asked for one hour while the candidate questions their life decisions and getting offers from someone else that respects their skills and time. Not using a broken CRM. Not getting coaching on conversation for someone that cant pronouce "resume" correctly. Getting stare at awkwardly by my weird boss and my other boss with the charisma of a wet mop.

There are still really exceptional recruiters there that arent reaching their potential because the company blows

Extremely unhealthy work life balance. Asked to produce ridiculous numbers with no focus on quality produced. Staff drinks at work constantly at the Denver office. Experienced regular homophobic micro aggression. All of their promises are lies.
