Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed our office location.
However, we’re sorry to hear that you found other aspects of your experience less positive. As you’ll know from your time with us, we run twice-yearly anonymous employee feedback surveys, administered by a third party to ensure anonymity, to understand the employment experience for our staff and identify areas for improvement. In addition to this, we welcome feedback from current and former staff on their day-to-day lived experience.
In your case, we’re sorry that your direct manager couldn’t understand and deliver your needs.
