Pros

Good career paths - although directors do take pride in saying sorry you just missed your target. So try again in 6 months..

Cons

It is very much about what you don’t do. No positives no well done. Sit downs are long and frustrating becomes more about constantly defending yourself rather than how you can do better. Poorly managed.

Great training that is helpful and consistent

Cons

Malicious gossip, rumour mills, college aged hires, poor base salary, lack of transparency on salary and package. Poor management in every way.

Training opportunities, company culture, team rewards.

Cons

Very strong hierarchy, favouritism, long hours, awful pay and commission structure for associates. Management are poorly trained. Immature working environment with lots of gossip.
