Pros

ZIP ZERO NONE RUN EW DAYCARE VIBES STALKERS

Cons

I and many other cried all day every day due to the stress, NOT MONTHS IN, DAAYYYYSSSSSS INTO ROLE. They have 0 trust, want to know what you are doing per second and have high targets for "probation". It's an excuse to break people down and make them feel like they should earn a place for 45k in the company. GET AN F LIFE. Customers and companies complain all day everyday about them RUN

Not a great place to work

Pros

Flexibility and competitive salary when they used to exist. Working environment was really nice in the back.

Cons

Company model changing from time to time, I face the period when everything was promising in the past got all swap up. There is no competitive salary nor flexibility any more at the moment. The pull out a model change every couple years when changing MD. And the model change seems to got worse not beneficial to the employees but the corporate only. Poor micromanaging skill, managers set up random rules and expect employees to follow them.
