Pros

Culture, challenge, career path and, most importantly, colleagues!

Cons

There are no negatives, unless you're not up for the challenge!

Pros

Great training and opportunity to work for a global company which is recognised industry wide. Some great people, just a shame they all leave.

Cons

Long hours and absolutely no work life balance. Flexible working is a completely unknown term to this company and no respect for personal commitments (eg. if you need to go to doctor, you need to take one of your very few days annual leave). Commission structure is dreadful and promotion opportunities limited unless you are willing to be in one of the 'cliques' or pretend to be best friends with the egotistical directors. Leaving was the best decision I ever made.
