Pros

Great location! Time Square... commutable by train

Cons

It's an absolute sweat shop! When you're not pounding the phones, you're expected to attend endless trainings. Management doesn't know what they're doing and it makes your job even harder. They also have the expectation that you should work through lunch to meet your daily quota... Horrible quality of life working for this Company!

Pros

Great training portfolio for new starters, very structured and detailed training plan. Plan that sets out what is needed to move up the ladder. Great career opportunities Nice Offices Global brand looks good on your CV.

Cons

most managers are left to their own devices and therefore it depends on who you get as to if you are managed properly. If they are a billing manager then good luck as they only care about you hitting target to make them commission rather than the actual challenges if you don't hit them. Top billers are treated differently to other workers- not chased on hitting KPI or BD but other workers are treated harshly if they don't hit the targets. If you plan on having a family then don't bother returning, the work life balance is shocking, when you do reduce your hours they practically take a loan chunk off you which makes it impossible to still live on a decent salary, then pro rota your commission and your team commission if your a manager. You are made to feel guilty if you have to take time off for dependants being unwell and god forbid you actually want to understand the maternity pay and rights, its met with muttering.
