Pros

- Only saving grace was being friends with some of the other team managers and co-workers.

Cons

- HR really needs to have some people skills. They are very rude and not the kindest people out there. One of my co-workers was asked "oh, you still work her? I thought you quit!" ... - No room for growth - You are either a customer service representative or a manager. No where in between.

Pros

Management was flexible when it came to life changing events. They did whatever they could within reason to work with emplyees. Most people are great to work with and decent salaries and bonuses when we got one.

Cons

The company is large, but it is structured in a way to keep most jobs on the same level. Advancement in this company could mean waiting for someone to leave their position or relocating to another state or country. Some jobs require a great level of responsibility, specialized training, and skill, but the pay level does not reflect the complication and seriousness those jobs.
