Pros

- Only saving grace was being friends with some of the other team managers and co-workers.

Cons

- HR really needs to have some people skills. They are very rude and not the kindest people out there. One of my co-workers was asked "oh, you still work her? I thought you quit!" ... - No room for growth - You are either a customer service representative or a manager. No where in between.

Pros

Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

Cons

It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
