Pros

People are friendly. The location is close to home. The benefits package is competitive. Managers are supportive and seem to care about their teams.

Cons

There is limited mobility between departments, so it's hard to be cross trained. Shifts are tenure based so changing them takes a considerable amount of time.

Cons

Really poor Managers . they don't make the proper decision. Also, I fine that the company a bit supremacist. I don't see any other ethnics getting promoted to management level. Only a specific type.
