Pros

You’ll never be bored—constant micromanagement means there’s always someone looking over your shoulder. Free stress-testing—you’ll quickly find out just how much pressure you can handle. No need for innovation—if you dislike thinking creatively, this is the perfect place for you. Consistency is key—nothing ever changes, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect.

Cons

I’ve been with HLGCC for a couple of years, and I regret to say it has been a very frustrating experience. The management style is excessively micromanaging to the point where it feels impossible to get any meaningful work done without constant interference. Leaders are hyper-focused on every minor detail, creating huge issues over trivial matters. This not only stifles productivity but also leads to a highly stressful work environment. Additionally, the leadership team is not open to new ideas or fresh perspectives. Any attempt to suggest improvements or innovative approaches is met with resistance and often outright hostility. This lack of openness to change is incredibly demotivating, especially for those who are passionate about contributing to the company’s growth and success. Overall, the toxic combination of micromanagement and a stifling atmosphere for creativity makes this company a very challenging place to work. If you value autonomy and innovation, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
