The staff that you work with are the main reason people stay, staff discount

Cons

Low pay for what is expected from you, majority of store managers will throw you under the bus to get a promotion! No repcect for your staff but they expect you give up your social life (NO work/life balance)

The company's culture is not reflected in employee's actions! A lot of people are superficial and do not care about others. Furthermore, they are selfish and think way too highly of themselves. But most of all, people are stuck within those walls: they adapt slowly to change and do not think outside of the box. Diversity is promoted as a value but everyone is practically the same. It is a pity that people having success within the company are the ones that love to criticize the others instead of cooperating.
