Middle management is a joke, they don't know left from right. They literally spend thousands of pounds on the absolute most wasteful and redundant things but won't pay their employees more than a McDonalds worker. They do NOT promote from within. There is no working your way up in this company unless youd like to go from part-time to full time. Commission is 1% and its given before VAT and after income taxes so cash in your pocket get .45% . All management cares about it UPT and expect to be yelled at for anything below 2. Zero perks. Management is always changing because they have nothing to offer. We were told our store hadn't earned the right to a coffee machine in the break room, and the water they supply should be MORE than enough... Missing overtime hours, pay taken out of our paychecks with no explanation, we've had the police open investigations 2x this year because people weren't receiving their salary -

Worse manager No benefits Only one set of uniform when you work 5 days a week You can and will never grow in the company especially if you're working at the Yorkdale location
