      A lot of room for improvement

      Pros

      Great training, scope for progression, company benefits are quite good.

      Cons

      The overall morale is poor. The people are not shown enough respect or thought of in the right way. There is an underlying feeling of uncertainly and intimidation towards the teams in store.
