      Good healthcare, that's about it

      Cons

      HCL website is poorly made and works half the time, have to earn your vacation hours and it takes half the year to earn 5 days off. Don't get responses when asking questions about your job. All contract handlers are based in India so it is hard to get in contact with someone. Have been trying to get a raise for 2 months and they drag the process hoping that you stop replying. HCL is not something I would highly recommend.

      -Good Medical Health Care Benefits

      Cons

      -Bad Salary Increments for employee -Low Paid Salary for Employee -Only Benefits are the Management teams are getting none of the developers or infra teams is getting the benefits for hotel stays -No Trips, No Games or interactivity going for the developers/infra due to the project -Only work on the main goal not interact session/ activity places in the company/project -Any claims are not worthy as they don't pay you the full amount such as the internet claims as working in WFH -Internal issues take about 4 months or 5 months of time to get resolve
