There are so Many 1. Long hours (more than 13,14 hours)(it's micromanagement) 2. No managers support 3. You can't get leave, They will ask you not to take that much 4. So many calls, for me (5 meetings a day) 5. Managers use to threathen employees, Like we are not working for hcl but for them, they are giving salary to us 6. Laptops provided Old, heat issue 7. Managers are ready to blame you 8. they ask you to do extra add on on saturdays as well 9. If you want to change hub from one to another to get the project, Managers won't allow that. 11. They will cut your variable, they won;t pay you for sure, so ask as much as you can, what ever fix salary they providing that is the only salary you are going to get, not variable or any other salary I can go on and on and on

Peanuts Managers. I have seen decent, competent, excellent managers in my Career but Managers from 3.1 to 5.1 prefer to suppress their subordinates. Poor HR Management and Related Policy. For example, you seek approvals for almost everything from your immediate management be it leave, attendance, learnings, certifications, team movements, ratings, appraisals, etc. nd it is immediate management that exploits you every other time and HR does not help. HR Managers do not know policies 99% of the time. Poor Appraisals. No clarity on who should be appraised and why. I should not say it but it hard truth and everyone knows it in the organization itself that People from Chennai and Bangalore are given preference over the North side. Onsite travels are also more in numbers for the same segment.
