No strategy, completely opportunistic and short term vision with very cheap, old school bad taste regarding comms and MKT. No honest and solid financial reports, The worst are the following the company is called health and happiness but in reality no one is happy there majority of people are burning out and the company market values of respect work life balance but NONE exists in the day to day life when working there Last but not least the top management is totally incompetent all good people tend to leave turn over is extremely hight and the executive team is all about hate, politics under the new CEO who is not competent and not professional CEO
