And if you cant answer, you disappear from office the next day The company promote something called "GaBa" culture for speed of innovation, no one understand what it is, but you hear this word a lot in different meeting, and if you dont do extra work means you are not "GaBa" enough. Employee come and go very quickly since either management can fire someone follow their mood, or the employee cannot stand the company. You have to say yes for everything and lick your boss shoes a lot to get to the top.

Poor upper management. Change of strategy too often. Chaotic accounting systems. Bad quality leadership in HK marketing team with outdated thinking - huge A&P costs blowing money on self gratifying campaigns in the past but poor quality marketing materials, poor customer engagement, poor consumer insights, the result was continuing loss of market share, loss of brand value, ruined the brand they bought with billions, total waste of company resources.
