Get to make a difference in the wellness world Growing company that is investing globally in wellness brands Lots of opportunities to learn and upskill very quickly Health and wellness benefits are great Committed to sustainability People in different regions and teams are a pleasure to work with Constant communication updates (however can sometimes be overwhelming)

Very reactive Extremely fast paced (does not suit everyone) Lots of work which never ends

Pros

Very little senior manager micromanagement, freedom to work on tasks as you see fit. Lots of diverse staff from different cultures.

Cons

Certain departments see themselves as above others and have no issues getting what they want. Some behaviour is very petty, makes it difficult to be happy here.

Best onboarding process of a business I've every experienced. The company is truly committed to employee success and wellbeing with strong collaboration between the teams and People and Culture. H&H go above and beyond to support their team members and in return people are positive, collaborative and engaged in their work

Cons

Fast paced is a positive but comes with challenges as focus can quickly change and workload is high.
