Company Culture sucks in Irish Office - Anonymous employee H&H Group Employee Review

Working across different regions certainly North America is one of the best team （by far having the best culture across the teams that I had worked for). The culture and business are very dynamic that you will never feel boring at any point of time. You will have opportunities to learn new things almost every week and you will find ways to feeling proud for the achievements and improvements you made for the business / growth. Management teams are stabilized after few years, and it was a team with passionate people who are showing care to people who worked in the team. Business is continuing shown growth in last 3 years and we had been part of this to support and witnessing the growth! I am happy / proud to contribute the success to the team!

It is a company opened for everyone but not for everyone - if you are not someone who likes to learn new things every day and learning by doing then this may not be the company you may look for. Team in North America can be at times still young that require people who had experience and put in place the process/system together - if you are not someone with experience or good level or drive (if you are only "follow the rule") then it may not be suitable for you.

The pay is reasonable for the area. Products are good

Middle management is hands down the worst I have seen. I have never been beat down so badly from poor leadership. Can’t win regardless of what you do. If you don’t fit in with the cool crowd you will be shunned and eventually fired. Most don’t make it to their 90 days. They use you for ideas and to do their dirty work then fire you.
