Pros

• Learning oriented • Perks, benefits, allowance, etc. • Approachable staff

Cons

Heavy workload, you’re expected to stay up till odd hours to complete the work without any compensation. Sometimes even expected to work on weekends. Constant track of your activity for every minute, they expect you to be productive for complete 8 hours and work continuously without a breather. System issues too often for which you’re expected to compensate by changing your shift times on short notice with no compensation for the same. Sometimes you have to compensate for the whole 8 hours even though you have showed up to work. There’s a time tracker and quality checker already but you are still expected to give reports of non core activity without missing a single minute. Unhealthy work life balance and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values personal and work life balance. Situation can get toxic pretty quick.

Pros

-Generous time off/vacations days -Very collaborative environment to share knowledge/coworkers are very helpful and team oriented

Cons

-The raises and promotion structure here are a joke for the mountain of work they give, esp. since the new systems they implemented are so inadequate. -They do not reward hard work, just give you more work. -They promote all the wrong people and not necessarily the most qualified people into management positions hence, end result is a hot mess. -Upper management is so removed from the day to day process and only push results and numbers which has lead to low morale. -Clients are constantly complaining of the inadequacies of their systems which they are doing nothing to fix. -There is no growth or opportunity, just stagnation, which results in a non-productive workforce of older workers who are rather hostile and not welcoming to the new and young ones. -Advice to people is get your experience and seek better opportunities elsewhere b/c this is a dead end.
