my boss, some of the people are great to work with. People with whom you can work, learn and communicate.

Cons

Everything else. In 5 years I havent had a commendation, nor an aupdate course, nor somebody from human resources call me or talk to me about my performance, the work I do, my relationship with work mates, nothing. Im just a shared resource.
