Regular salary, parking area, break area, if you are curious you can learn a lot of things

Cons

poor management that changes its mind on weekly basis, company relies on a few skilled people who work for everybody else, disparity of treatment between people with same duties, no promotion policy, office is noise, colleagues do not have respect for other people's work, best workers go away

Corruption. Despotism, Directors with their own companies, they work in Codere, but they are really making their own business. The people dont work, they are only comparing tasks, salaries and their cars.. only a few professionals, and they are wasted
