Profitable business and in Mexico is the market leader, its wages are in line with the market and for operational levels there are many opportunities for growth

Cons

It does not have a defined organizational culture, its board of directors has just changed and is not yet consolidated The style of corporate leadership disintegrates in Latin American culture
