Pros
Watching the leadership team be genuinely excited with the progress they see in the company is very encouraging. There is bright, new talent that has brought innovative ideas to the table in recent months. My manager is knowledgeable and experienced not only in the role they are in, but also in the ag industry as a whole. This makes me feel very confident in the work we are producing as a team.
Cons
With a new product in the works, we have had to pivot a few times with strategy since I've started working here. This can be challenging at times, but is ultimately rewarding to creatively problem solve.
