      Pros

      Growers is a great place to work at in terms of professional growth. There is a lot of interesting projects and problems to be solved while working as part of the development team.

      Cons

      Used to be an great place for developers but recent engineering leadership changes have left a lot to be desired. The other developers/ designers/ QA/ programs team members are all incredible, but engineering management feels overbearing and tone-deaf to the concerns of the developers.
