      Pros

      -The entire company is very supportive and open to ideas and thoughts that anyone on the team contributes to most effectively tackle a goal. When a goal is set, a "can do" attitude from everyone in the company is applied and it is pretty amazing to see what can be accomplished at Growers when this happens. -Everyone in the company is collaborative and comes together around a goal and task to support each other in any way possible. -Always able to voice any concerns directly to management and know that it will be heard and taken into consideration. -Allows every employee to own their role and play an integral part of growth and success of the company.

      Cons

      I have no downsides to working at Growers. It is a great company to be a part of.
