Pros

- international team of young professionals - good vibes and company culture - communicative environment - possibility to make an impact everyday - lots of space for new ideas coming from everyone - regular company events and in-house workshops

Cons

a bit of more internal organization would be beneficial

- great management and leadership - super fast moving and aggressive company - lots of responsibility from day 1 - interesting projects and tasks

Cons

- no cons and nice work environment - sometimes a bit more strcuture would be useful (but that is normal for a fast scaling startup)

- Really smart team from over 11 countries - Great C-level management team with lots of international experience - Team goes out for lunches together on most days - Free pizza and beer every two weeks - Contributions and hard work are recognized by colleagues and various levels of management - Convenient office location (Hackescher Markt)

Cons

- Long hours on some days when project deadlines are approaching, but that's pretty common for all businesses
