Pros

Meet people from all over the world, who always have an open ear, are happy to help and motivated to create something big together. You get free drinks, a get together on Fridays and a lot of responsibility.

Cons

No – since the company moved offices in 2017 there is not just one toilet anymore but a big spacey office in Mitte with a big break room and several lavatories ;)

first startup to communicate low hierarchies and actually deliver, too.

Cons

can be chaotic at times, but if that's what keeps you going, it's a match

Pros

If you are looking for a career where you are pushed to run close to the speed of light, invent your way out of boxes and where you solve an important and interesting problem, Grover is the place for you. Days, Weeks and Months fly by, and the company has grown at an incredible rate. With this growth, things break, but if you are eager to help rethink the way we access technology and create a circular economy, this is the place for you. 1. Do you want it? Go get it! 2. Flatter than flat hierarchies 3. Eagerness to learn from everyone around you 4. You are empowered to make change

Cons

1. The incredibly fast growth (10x this year), isn't for everyone. If you move so fast, things break. If you are a person that then sits in a corner and complain about it but don't try to help to fix it, this won't be a place for you. 2. The company is very young (just 2 years now) and combined with the crazy growth, some processes to get people tightly aligned are missing. Good news, there are people eager to fix that as well. 3. Most people are very direct in their feedback. This is refreshing, but it's clear it's not for everyone.
