      Pros

      Excellent design team, talented designers and lovely design team culture. Also, collaboration with product and engineering is good, people are smart and love to share their knowledge and strive to build good user experiences.

      Cons

      The leadership team's leadership style is a bit questionable regarding decisions and attitude. Their communication could bit a bit more transparent, honest and less aggressive.
