Pros

Work life balance, this company is great when needing time off for anything, The US team is a terrific bunch of working team members who take pride in what they do and truly care about making the daily task at hand easier to do by updating and or changing to make things work better, they are willing to help out anyone from any team if the can. Most all of the management is laid back and willing to work for and with their team mates.

Cons

More resources needed in some areas from our corporate headquarters in order to assist with daily issues that arise in order to get the the root cause of an issue and fix it timely.

Pros

- Great young and energetic culture focused on making things happen. - Diversity: you get to work with people from 60+ nationalities. - Growth opportunities: regular feedback cycles twice a year that encourage open discussions about promotions and salary increases. - Hybrid policy/Remote work. - Very nice and modern office including outdoor space, and plenty of meeting rooms equipped with video conference systems designed for hybrid work. On top, there are snacks and drinks at disposal at the office. - All Hands meeting every Friday to communicate relevant topics followed by pizza and beers. - Other perks

Cons

- Not particularly a con for myself, but work is demanding, which is expected for a startup at this stage that is disrupting an industry.
