Pros

Met some great people while I worked here, some great talent, and really wish Grover would provide them with the right place to thrive and shine

Cons

Leadership is an absolute joke in this company. The CEO has no previous leadership experience (and very limited other professional experience), and somehow he still translates that to "I can do everything I want". The people team is non-existent, people are inundated with messages of "work harder" on a daily, even though they've been working so hard for a cool product the entire time. If I could rate this as my worst job experience ever, I would. I left after 8 months, because it was going nowhere.

Pros

A really great group of folks energized to improve their product.

Cons

From startup to scaleup, things are moving quickly and one has to be able to cope with systems that don't move smoothly.
