You get your birthday off.

Cons

No respect for employees. Often senior management display bullying behaviour, which at times can be humiliating. Derogatory and offensive. 6/7 day working weeks. Poor staff retention- “if you want leave then leave” Whilst entitled to an unpaid lunch break- you will be reminded “if you want lunch you’re in the wrong job” Staying late and working from home is to be admired - because at times the work load is unmanageable.
