pay sucks / management is awful / they are not about there employees at all i have watched more people come and go some with in days of starting some that have been there for years all leaving for all the same reasons. They treat the employees like dirt they don't higher from with in. there is no room to move up and good luck getting a raise of any kind. after 6 years I'm still under paid and over worked. they talk down to you. the accounting team is OMFG awful they make you do the same job over and over. They don't train and don't offer any help of any kind. i could go on and on but what you need to know is DONT WORK FOR IRA OR GROUP1 THEY LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU IN PROMISE ALL THIS MONEY AND THEN YOU GET YOUR CHECK AND ITS NOTHING LIKE YOU WERE PROMISED. BEST ADVISE I CAN GIVE IS RUN!!!! THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER DEALERS TO WORK FOR THAT TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES SO MUCH BETTER!!!

Extremely toxic work environment, manager talks to employees like they’re illiterate. Lots of gossiping that is started and led by the “team leads”, lots of favoritism. Half of the GAs in the department don’t even have an accounting degree. Expect to work 50-60 hrs during close out and get no compensation for it. HIGH turnover, always feels like they’re under staffed but that’s bc they hire 1 new person and 2 leave every single month. Just stay away from this company.
