Management feel superior also have a much more cost effective company car scheme the. Sales and earn more pay plans get changed without warning for the worse basics pay is one of the lowest in the car industry

Good and clean environment to work in. Staff are mostly friendly. I miss working with my old team.

Cons

Waited for pay rise for almost 5 years, never happened, ended up leaving due to living cost increase. Management is always changing. Profits are made but never passed on to the staff working on grassroots level.
