Pros

They were located close to home, their computer systems are easy to work with, the base pay WAS kinda good in the beginning.

Cons

Like all car "stealerships", they are constantly changing the pay plans to short the employees out of pay. The Buick store doesn't have enough business to go around for any service advisor to make a decent paycheck. The Toyota service department is run like a "Keystone Cops" movie...the customers basically come and go as they please, without adhering to their appointments, then complain about the long waits, and later kill you on your customer satisfaction survey...which kills your paycheck. Acura was alright, but management is kinda two-faced, has an attitude, and is difficult to work with.

Pros

They offer some of the best training in the automotive industry. If you leave you are guaranteed to get a job anywhere due to their trainning.

Cons

You work like a slave and get paid nothing in the end. Worst pay plan in the business. You told what you can make. Very poor Management. Very Unethical

Pros

I really like my co-workers. I like management at the store level.

Cons

The pay plan is atrocious. They gerrymander the cars with adds and pack to the point of theft from their sales staff. Always seems to be a new rule or regulation that allows them to avoid paying a commission or bonus. Seem to be more interested in having 20 chumps making minimum wage on the sales floor, as opposed to paying some real pros. Feels like a glass ceiling is being placed on our income.
