Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Where to start ? Pretty much everything is obstacles, barriers and brick walls that stop you doing your job. So much is completely pointless and repetative admin, staff are overloaded with "process" that they are unable to do their job. Our dealership was bought by group 1 about 12 months ago , and in that time moral has gone from excelant to dreadful - everyone I know is looking for a way out. An absolutely dreadful business to work for. RE. sales - everything revolves around TCF and conning people into buying absurdly overpriced insurance products

Good benefits. The employee discounts to purchase a vehicle. Opportunity to earn a bonus monthly.

Cons

Too much drama among employees. Points system deducted if you're late to work or absent. The points is deducted from a monthly quality assessment.
