They are super strict with the time. You are late it's a strike, come back late it's a strike. There is no leniency what so ever. You would think that if you are sick and trying to tough it out and stay that is good right... Not is you cannot keep to your schedule. That messes up their call rate. They tell you to clock out if you cannot stick to the schedule but that is a strike too

Long hours. Monday- Friday to Tuesday-Saturday every other week from 7:30-6pm daily. Management can seem non existent at times. After 4 years with this company it was clear that a male with less experience was more likely to get moved to a management position than me as a female. This company also boasts about promoting from within but any change in management I saw at my dealership over 4 years was not from "within". Nothing that is any different than any other automotive dealership.
