They’re are no pros when you highlight this behaviour they turn a blind eye and look for a way to get you to exit out

Cons

They make it a hard environment for people of colour to work with them but they employ them here and there to show inclusivity but they are not Even their management make racist jokes in team briefings especially on clients that may have failed finance or taking too long to close on deals

Selling Ford, this product is in high demand, so volume is good. Pay is good when targets are met.

Cons

It was good under its former ownership: Gowrings, but this American company took it over and pretty much ruined it, with focus on numbers and statistics rather than employee health and contentment in the workplace. You're just a number here. Things got tougher, but the reward never improved. Fines were imposed for paperwork inaccuracies. Fuel card taken away. Demos restricted. No longer a nice place to work.
