      There are no good reasons to work here anymore!

      Cons

      Highly extended hours and having to work on holidays and some Saturdays. Management changed and took away the fluctuating overtime pay with nothing to compensate for the loss of income!! I was told everything should be completed within 8 hours when the job description on Indeed clearly states that extended hours are required. Management would consistently talk down to you and would act as they are doing the employees a favor and then pile on a lot of other tasks.

      Fellow employees are very nice. Not many positive things I can say about the company.

      Cons

      When this department started, they cared about their employees. Now it seems they are more worried about the investors and lining their pockets. Bonuses are what made this job worth the trouble. But now they have implemented rules that make it increasingly harder to receive. There are no yearly reviews or opportunity for a raise. They say your bonus is in lue of a raise and then do all in their power to make it hard to get. The miscommunication and favortism among leadership is rampent in the CDC. And this ALSO leads to agents not receiving their bonus.

      Steady paycheck Close to home Predictable overtime Room for advancement, parallel moves within company Monthly bonuses Nice break rooms and lunchrooms

      Cons

      Micromanaged to the point of causing undue anxiety and stress. Bonuses almost impossible to get, and your team leads bonus reflects if you got a bonus or not. You are just a number, and they fire for anything, especially quality. I was fired and the state determined that I was unfairly fired and I'm getting benefits.
