There are absolutely no pros to working for this company.

Cons

This company puts the most unproffesional managers in charge that run a dealership like a circus. The employees are over-worked and they are more interested in quantity over quality. It doesn't matter if the employee cares about satisfying the customer through quality work. I was just another number in this snake pit.

There aren't any pros to working in the car business, expect money-which you don't make working for Group 1

Cons

They only care about market share rather than the employees that are doing all the work for them. It seems like a great company but it isn't. Their benefits rob you. Working as a car sales guy isn't easy but they make it 10x harder.
