Pros

I enjoyed working with Greenpeace because it felt great to go in to work every day with such great and dedicated people, put in a long day of work, and go home feeling great about myself and what I do.

Cons

The only con that I can think of involving Greenpeace is that there is a rather large amount of turn over, but that is to be expected in such an industry. (Fundraising.)

Pros

- You really make a difference at work, and for the environment - You will never be just another employee and get lost in the shuffle - Management really listens and supports feedback - The benefits are amazing (work/life balance, pto, etc) - The people are smart, fun, and energetic to work with!

Cons

- Roadblock 'people' are rarely removed.
