There is nothing really, after more than one decade, I just realized that. Hopefully with acquisition many things change under Essilorluxottica ownership.

Cons

Lack of Organization and Business Knowledge, decisions are cumbersome No respect of social life whatsover, what matters is just the deadlines of not well planned projects.
