      Interesting projects taking place but unstructured organization, and very political and unsecure career development.

      Interesting projects going on to strengthen the central organization, and to expand outside Europe.

      Cons

      Stable business in Europe: slow growth. There is not corporate culture as such, and the organization is unstructured. As a consequence the atmosphere is very political, everything happens around the CEO - Theo Kiesselbach - big ego.
