Freedom in some cases, It can be fast paced or slow, depending on the day and you won't know until you get there. I worked with two others, one never showed up and one was lazy. If you are a hard worker, beware! lol

Cons

You are just a throwaway and they will replace you for minimal things and if they like you, they'll keep you forever. No room for advancement however,

Being able to watch associates grow.

Cons

They definitely don’t pay the workers enough, especially not the donation clerks. They have one of the hardest jobs yet get paid the least.
