Pros

There aren't any to outweigh the cons

Cons

You reach max pay quickly and cannot receive a raise unless you move to management, management does not care about employees, given final warning over what was likely a computer glitch and removed from my department and position, humiliated at meeting, no one talks to me now, after almost 10 years I am treated like I'm nobody. They are supposed to be all about helping people but they don't care about their employees at all.

Pros

The benefits are great. Instead of 25cent raise you get a dollar.

Cons

The boss will make other employees spy on you. Once you start doing everything then everyone else wants to slack off and let you do it. However, when you are having the worst day or are just really tired of doing it all then, everyone will talk crap about you and say you’re lazy or you never help out. The boss has favorites, and if you have not worked there more than 2 years then you are not one of them.
