Pros

They offer tons of training classes. This job is very emotionally rewarding, at the end of the day. This job is a great stepping stone to bigger things. The upper management is very supportive. Individual accountability is relied upon. The family atmosphere of each team and the company as a whole is wonderful.

Cons

This job is very fast-paced, mentally and physically draining.

Pros

It's a full time job with benefits. Easy to get hired and will work with school scheduling. Coworkers and customers were very nice.

Cons

High turnover rate. Absolutely poor management. You're expected to do WAY too much work for abysmal pay with little to no help from management. Stores are perpetually understaffed and management has no clue how to schedule for retail peak days. Professionalism is nonexistent. Highly stressful environment where making sales is the name of the game at all costs.
