Pros

Lax dress code, flexible work schedule, great for college student, always out by 4:30 pm; not open Sundays; one paid day off every 30 months as reward for no accidents.

Cons

Terrible worker to management communication; favoritism toward older employees; working around moderate to heavily mentally/physically disabled people.

Pros

At goodwill the pay is decent, the job is easy enough and there are a lot of cool things you can find in the donated goods. You can also get a discount on already cheap merchandise that's sometimes new.

Cons

Worst management out of any company I have ever seen or worked for. There is no recognition for going above and beyond and it rewards the lazy. Management walks all over you too. It seems like every day I have to battle to keep my job.
